Frequently Asked Questions

• Your platinum cure toys should only be used with water based lubricants, silicone based lubes will degrade your toy.
• We recommend a quick wash before and after use with warm, soapy water (we recommend regular Dawn dish soap) or a platinum cure silicone toy cleaner to keep your toys in excellent condition.
• If you feel the need for a deeper clean, you can boil it for 5-10 minutes. We've found the silicone likes to hold onto the heat afterwards, so allow it to cool completely before handling & use.
• Ensure your toy is completely dry by either allowing it to dry in the open air or patting it down with a fresh paper towel or micro-fiber cloth.
• Your platinum cure toys can be stored together without issue, however they should be kept away from non-silicone toys make from materials like Jelly, PVC and TPE.

We use only certified skin safe platinum cure silicone to make our toys which is non porous, hypoallergenic and easily cleaned. We also only use cosmetic grade mica & pigments to color our creations and strive to source all of our mica from ethical sources & suppliers.

Depending on the toy/accessory, we offer these firmnesses:

• Extra Soft - 00-20
• Soft - 00-30
• Medium - 00-50
• Firm - 10A
• Extra Firm - 20A

And two specialty firmnesses:

• Near Clear Soft - Near Clear 00-31(NC31)
• Near Clear Medium - Near Clear 00-45(NC45)

But that’s only the start of the story. Because of the size, shape and features of the toys, two toys in the same firmness may feel a bit different from each other, and may even read a bit differently on a durometer tester. Other factors that can affect the firmness is the amount of pigmenting, with more pigment possibly resulting in a slightly firmer toy, as well as other additives we use to extend the working time of a batch of silicone. While we strive to ensure these additives have little to no effect on a pour, we will do our best to label a toy to the appropriate firmness we feel it best represents.

Near Clear is a specialty silicone that we use for some specialty pours that works well with things like color shift or inclusions. Near Clear Soft is similar to Soft, and Near Clear Medium is similar to Medium.

All toys will come in sealed clear bags so that you may inspect them before opening. These bags are wrapped inside packaging material and then packed into a plain brown shipping box. The return address on the shipping label will only show as "TA" to protect your privacy and keep your package as discreet as possible.
